We’re always looking to feature bold, thoughtful leaders on The Business Simplicity Podcast.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome guests who are simplifying complexity in service of meaningful transformation, especially in areas like digital strategy, product leadership, AI innovation, culture change, and leadership development.

Ideal guests include:

  • Founders and CEOs scaling companies with integrity and focus

  • Executives navigating enterprise transformation across strategy, data, product, or operating models

  • Conscious leaders in transition, sharing how they redefined success and led from a deeper place

  • Ecosystem collaborators in agile delivery, AI ethics, sustainability, and leadership coaching

Who Listens

Our audience includes scale-up operators, enterprise transformation leaders, and conscious executives in flux: across Europe, the US, and beyond.
They are curious, capable, and navigating the tension between growth and simplicity.

About the Podcast

Each 30–45 minute episode is a conversational deep dive recorded via Zoom. Guests share one key insight, story, or strategy that helped them move through complexity and we explore what others can learn from it.

We also love to hear about a guest’s experience using the Simple Business Design canvas, or reflections inspired by Lead from Love with Rumi if they’ve read the book. These offer powerful entry points for conversation around purpose, presence, and practical change.

This is not a sales pitch, but we do invite guests to include a call to action for listeners who want to explore their work further.

Episodes are distributed on all major platforms including Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and promoted through our newsletter and social network.
