Younis shares how his experience as an expert on EU grants has enabled him to be a perfect partner for governments to become future-ready. Inspired by the attributes of the Exponential Organisations framework, he is leading the charge in bringing these new mindsets and methods to public agencies. We discuss the differences between scarcity and abundance mindsets, and what this means for public organisations. This is part of the OpenExO series of conversations.
Younis’ Massive Transformative Purpose is to transform governments and make them future-ready. Younis is now in his third professional life: first, he was a researcher, then worked for the Luxembourg innovation agency and did 2 years of lobbying in Brussels. Since early 2019, he has his own consulting company where he helps organizations of all sizes transform by leveraging exponential technologies. Morevoer, as a freelancer with Zaz Ventures, he helps EU deeptech startups get Series A tickets from the European Commission.
