Tjibbe shares how is realisation that his power of connecting and networking enabled him to create his own business in search and selection.  We have a wonderful discussion around the strengths and weaknesses of using data and analytics in the recruiting process and play a little on what the possibilities in the future could be.  During the conversation, we make an open invitation to contact either of us to talk further about this (and perhaps as a group session on the podcast!).

Professional networker and headhunter. From corporate C-level to tech savvy startup with passion for digital disruption and organizational change. Thinking in possibilities. In his free time, Tjibbe is enjoying life on a sportive (soccer, squash, CrossFit, sailing) or culinary way.
