One strategy for success
Don’t try so hard! If you find yourself straining to achieve something, take a step back and consider why you are straining. How can you create choices for yourself which make life easier? We are so conditioned in our society to keep pushing through when things get tough, that we forget to take a wider perspective and look for creative solutions.
One strategy to be more sustainable
Global warming is the number one challenge we need to address. Don’t wait for others to act – go ahead and make changes in your own habits. Small actions do have an impact, so turn your thermostat down, introduce meat-free days in your diet, go on holiday less, use public transport whenever you can.
The Sustainability Sprint
The Sustainability Sprint is a series of five half-day workshop sessions, designed and facilitated by expert coaches, for organisations to kick-start their sustainability ambitions. In a structured process, participants explore and align with each other on how best to address sustainability in their business. Over the course of the Sprint, they develop an all-around view of the issues and potential solutions. The sessions combine individual and group assignments, inspiration from guest speakers, customer feedback, and a pitch to executive management. The outcomes are a clear action plan, a high level of motivation, and a feeling of empowerment.
