Saskia shares her journey which has enabled her to help people as a coach and HR professional.  We have a fun conversation about how she has a unique perspective coaching people in career transition while also helping the HR teams which employ these people.  Having met each other almost 20 years ago, Saskia connects different projects and events in their past to what makes her a master of her craft today.

Dynamic HR leader with 16+ years of experience in strategic HR, HR operations, management, learning & development, talent management, coaching, reorganisation, key position recruitment and diversity & inclusion within a highly regulated B2B and a B2C service industry as well as small & medium sized businesses.

Due to her leadership,  expert knowledge and open communication she is able to interact effectively and build trust on all staff levels, including senior management , which accelerates the approval process and implementation of strategic change programmes. Her solution oriented approach with a strong agility and ability to manage multiple priorities leads to a positive can do attitude for the whole HR function and by that will create an excellent service delivery to the organisation.

Looking for the opportunity to deliver strategic solutions  that impact the whole organisation in an entrepreneurial (start-up) setting  or a matured landscape to further optimise the HR function.

As a coach she works with organisations and individuals on a variety of topics such as team co-operation, career challenges/choices, conflict situations and burn-out, with the aim to reenergise and motivate people to make the right choices in the continuation of their professional career. Since August 2020 she is involved in the Nederland Leert Door coaching effort, subsidised by the government. She has meanwhile coached almost 200 people in this very important initiative.
