Rosaria shares her mission to help business leaders create more value while improving the happiness of their customers and employees.  As the author of the ‘Yellow Goldfish’, she has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience in working in various industries to achieve meaningful change.  We also speak about how the CXPA (customer experience professional associations) can benefit consultants and executives in this professional area.

Rosaria is an Italian, energetic and enthusiastic mother of two boys living and working in the Netherlands since 2002, when she graduated cum Laude in Business Economics from Torvergata University in Rome.

Certified Happiness Trainer (HSA) and Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), she loves to drive change using Voice of Customers-Employees-Processes as a compass to move from data to insights to action to results. After having “walked the talk” for 12 years in Sales, E-commerce and Consumer Care at big corporate companies like Forrester, Adobe and Philips, in 2013 she started Wow Now on a mission to inspire and help companies design and deliver WOW life-enriching customer experiences that contribute to everyone HAPPINESS!

Rosaria is the author of Yellow Goldfish, a book covering nine ways increasing Happiness in business can drive growth, productivity and prosperity, and a series of artistic and inspirational books such as My Circle of Connections and Words of Wisdom Nurturing Our World. She most recently published the Wow Now HCX Masterclass Compendium, a concise guide to Human-Centered and Happiness-Contributing Experience Leadership. Designed for participants of her masterclasses, it also makes a standalone guide to CX and preparation for the CCXP exam.

Wow Now was founded by Rosaria Cirillo Louwman with a vision to transform the way companies deliver WOW customer experience and happiness, through needs identification, empathy, and empowerment.

They offer products, services, and experiences that support and accelerate companies’ journeys towards Happiness Driven Growth, achieving business and personal prosperity through happiness.
