Mischa shares his journey from a tax expert to a strategic change consultant with financial institutions. We have a fascinating discussion based on his experience directing change projects with large, complex and often siloed organisations. He shared the four perspectives of change used by Equitem on these strategic engagements. We also take a few diversions into different war stories experienced while working with these types of conservative businesses that are being forced to change rapidly.
Broad experience as senior manager and operating at C-level within a global financial institution. Proven track record in leading change initiatives in an international setting: strategic initiatives and projects, project portfolio management, organizational restructuring, agile/SAFe transformation, cross border partnership implementation. Understands from experience the context at both operating (team) level as well as corporate staff functions and board room, connecting with both worlds and switching easily between them. Capable of translating (financial) data into management information to facilitate the required dialogue. Building trust through open and neutral approach, also in complex situations. Focus on long-term relationships within and outside the organization.
