After having worked in IT recruitment at a large international recruitment company for 14 years I decided to take the plunge and joined a boutique rec2rec company to set up their Dutch office. After 2 years I’m now a partner in the company. Next to that, me and my business partner Dan Gostelow recently started an IT executive search company, Olivi Search. It’s always been my dream to set up a search company that does things differently, much more relationship based.

Olivi Leadership search focuses on Executive Search within technology. We have 3 core areas, the CIO practice, the CTO practice and the CDO practice. We belief that our contact with candidates should not begin when we start a search but long before that. In this way we can deliver non standard profiles, much faster than the traditional search companies.
