Luisa Mendoza is an innovative thought leader who has 20+ years of experience in global business development, marketing, public relations, and sales. Luisa, a revolutionary business executive, is the first U.S. Hispanic female to create a sports, entertainment, and tourism company GTSE – Global Tourism, Sports & Entertainment LLC. Luisa has expanded GTSE into GTSE+, where her company now also offers Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Executive Leadership Transformation to clients beyond the sports & tourism industries. Luisa’s diversified career portfolio allows hew to also serve as Chief Business Officer for BostonExo.

Prior to founding GTSE, Mendoza served as BSE Global / Brooklyn Nets Director of Global Tourism Development, making her the first tourism expert hired by a professional sports team in the U.S to build and manage a tourism vertical. During her tenure with the organization (2017-2019), she helped the Brooklyn Nets more than tripled revenue growth in sales from the global travel trade. Her 20+ years of experience in the tourism industry also included leadership roles at Marriott International, Silverstein Properties and NYC & Company, the largest Destination Management office (DMO) in the United States where Mendoza served as Sr. Director of Tourism Development for Spain, Latin America & the US Hispanic Market.

Mendoza’s humble beginnings are a constant reminder that no matter your background, race, or social/economic status, anything is possible if you have the courage, passion, and grit to follow your dreams. Mendoza’s goal is to leave a legacy where she can provide happiness and inspiration to women, minorities, and children around the world.
