Luciana shares her journey through various entrepreneurial experiences which have resulted in being an ‘entrepreneur as a service.’  We talk quite openly about her current initiative, which is currently on hold, and some of the lessons and thoughts about making the decision to stop with a venture. Luciana is also a proud member of the OpenExO community, and we talk about the community and how she brings this into her startup activities.  This conversation is part of the OpenExO series.

I am into the art and science of WORLD FUTURE-MAKING. I want to shake and shape status-quo institutions with other free-spirited, open-minded people who want to make this a better world. My means for impact are words, visual communication, data analysis, networks of like-minded people, problem-solving skills, visual, playfulness, humour and ability to develop specific startups (profit and non-profit) which offer radically new solutions to humankind. I don’t like to take legacy patterns as indisputable and rigid structures are to me a waste of time.

The world is under massive reconfiguration and we are evolving towards network societies. I want to contribute to a healthy governance of these networks. I want to empower people to live and act with freedom and flexibility. I have widely travelled and lived in different corners of this planet, experienced 50+ countries, a broad variety of cultures and customs, social settings, and enjoyed connecting with the DIVERSITY out there.

I want to generate solutions which are global, and do not discriminate by gender, social status, ethnicity or nationality. I cannot imagine different worlds in one. We are one world. I want to reach not only few people, but billions.

My geography is GLOBAL and I choose the beautiful world we live in, and from time to time, outer space ( or underwater world) for inspiration and thinking. I am entirely connected to my essence when I use my CREATIVITY and HUMOUR PLAYFULLY! My biggest strength is my ability to BUILD BRIDGES between people, cultures, disciplines, settings concepts, technologies and ideas, and defying established paradigms in creative ways.

I am activist that works relentlessly to create an abundant society for all.
