Jonathan shares his journey from software developer to having directed multiple feature films and countless shorts.  He has recently moved to Los Angeles to bring his career to a whole new level and has achieved ‘green light’ for a dark comedy that will be shot in Florida. We have a fun conversation about what he has learned about filmmaking over the last 20 years. He has been a contributor and participant with the 48 Hour Film Project since it’s founding in 2001.  This episode is part of the 48 Hour Film Project series.

Jonathan Zuck is an award winning filmmaker and photographer, with studios in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, CA. Jonathan has produced and directed 3 feature length films and over 20 short films that have performed well in film festivals, around the world.
 
DC Dogs is a Washington, DC based non-profit, dedicated to advancement of the performing arts. DC Dogs has produced 2 feature length films, over 20 short films, several plays and musicals and provided education to children and adults in photography and filmmaking. Most recently, the all volunteer feature film, Meant to be Broken was launched, across the  major streaming platforms, on February 26th, 2021.
