We’re also about to introduce a ‘Mentor-on-call’ service, whereby these companies – which may not have the luxury of comprehensive in-house mentorship programs – can augment their staff development programs through cost-effective access to seasoned professionals in a variety of key competencies. This will extend to a ‘Consultant-on-call’ service aimed at addressing executive-level challenges.
