After finishing a Bachelor of Business Science Honours degree, I made the decision to pursue a career in the food industry. I graduated from Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Co. Cork, Ireland, after completing their intensive 12 Week Certificate Cooking Course in March 2019.

I currently head up Product Development and Operations at Granadilla Eats, an online grocery store born out of the vision to support small scale farms and businesses in South Africa during the Covid-19 pandemic.
