Dr. Gary shares his discovery of leadership during Boy Scouts in his youth, through his military service and ultimately to his mastery of leadership. We speak about the insights from his book, “A CEO’s Journey: The 7 Steps to Intentional Leadership.” In particular, his insights on compassion and accountability are fundamental for anyone leading people.
“Dr. Gary” McGrath has been labeled a unicorn in leadership development. His undeniable passion for leadership started when he was an Eagle in the Boy Scouts. He went on to work at several fortune 500 companies and start-up technology companies.
He completed his formal education earning a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing (DBA).
In January, 2009, Dr. Gary founded Statarius LLC, dedicated to Making Good Bosses into Great Leaders with Compassionate Accountability.
