Eric Patel serves as Chief Innovation Officer and Founder at BostonExO. He has over 25 years in entrepreneurship, startup and IT experience. Eric is the founder of internal innovation programs at Staples, Perkin Elmer and Binx Health. He is a member of the OpenExO Economy Core Team and serves as a coach/mentor for Company Builder TransferenciAP, the CYCLES Remote Innovation Management Certification Program and the Humanitarian Innovation Hackathon. Eric contributed to the new Purpose Launchpad, serves as an advisor/mentor for Purpose Alliance Challenges and an ambassador for Purpose Alliance and OpenExO, and will help bring about the Future of Unity Challenge and Purpose Challenge USA: The Future of Education and Work later this year. He holds certifications in QA, project management, agile, scrum, ExO and innovation as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
