Duncan Oyevaar is the Founding Partner of OpenBook.Works. Since 2011, Duncan and his team have been building Business Savvy teams globally. Business Savviness combines financial literacy with business literacy. A team oriented way to improve business from the bottom up. Before starting OpenBook.Works, Duncan had several management positions at the largest energy producer/distributor in the Netherlands where he implemented the LEAN program. Before entering the energy sector he was responsible for business development for an international engineering firm. Duncan is an experienced speaker and has participated in multiple conferences and a TED talk.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering Amsterdam and a Finance degree from Ashrigde Executive Education London and a Management degree from INSEAD Paris.
