Don shares his journey from being the CEO of three Silicon Valley companies to giving back in a meaningful way as a Master Coach, speaker and author.  He provides some very practical insights on how to make better decisions based on his first book, ‘How Great Decisions Are Made.’  We dive into all sorts of dimensions of how people can create the space in their organisations to increase their performance and own satisfaction.

As a first-generation college student, I earned my BA from Harvard. Then, I served as the first legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Joe Biden. Thereafter, I completed an MBA and JD at Stanford University. In 1984, I was VP of Marketing for the startup that became E*Trade. Subsequently, I was recruited to be CEO of a healthcare startup applying new technologies to healthcare delivery and led a boutique venture capital firm investing in several companies that went public.

I’m now a Master Certified Coach and author of “How Great Decisions Get Made,” “Take Charge of Your Talent,” and “Grow and Enjoy Your Business” with the goal of helping leaders and teams be their best.

My current interests focus on key social issues like climate action and service to the poor and dispossessed.

My services as a Master Certified Coach include action workshops, take charge coaching, masterful facilitation, and insightful speaking.
