Remi-Armand Collaris works to leave a better world for his daughter, neighbours and the next generations by improving the health of our working environments. Finding more inspiration and meaning in work improves the value of our lives and benefits organisations and society as a whole.

He believes that success in organisations is determined by the extent to which we allow employees the space to make a difference with their talents. Utilising Agile, Scrum and Lean thinking, he is constantly looking for new ways to help people improve their collaborations.

With a commitment of several days a month, he helps management teams and teams of scrum masters/coaches, product owners and change agents to give employees back ownership of their way of working. As a team, you take time to experiment, learn and improve, just as the teams on the work floor do.

We practice sitting on our hands effectively, with communication techniques and exercises that increase the self-reliance of teams. In doing so, you empower employees and keep more time for creating the ideal working conditions to collaboratively create the successes you set out for.
