Cal shares his journey from being a digital marketeer for the state governing body of Basketball back in Australia to joining S&S in London and helping them creating their brand and community.  He explains a lot of the thinking behind the ‘community before commerce’ approach of S&S and how he has used different channels and media to bring this to life.  We have a fun conversation about advice he gives executives in their network on how to improve their personal branding, which is based on his 3C’s model: Content, Community and Courage!
