Jan Hein will share with us his experiences and tactics in “unlocking” companies’ strategies. Many companies are frantically busy but not achieving the goals they set out to achieve in their strategic plans.
Why not? Jan Hein developed “Bounce & Steer” on the basis of extensive executive but foremost operational experience. A method to help mid-sized companies and owners/managers to grow and develop in the direction that they agreed on and to set out to do.
While listening to this, podcast actually ask yourself the questions:
1. Are we (am I) too busy/distracted to achieve what we actually set out to achieve?
2. What were the goals and strategies that we agreed on?
That is a great step back to the core of your business:
1. Why are we doing what we are doing?
2. What did we say we wanted to achieve?
3. How did we say we were going to do it?
Simple but effective use of these (and your 30 minutes 🙂
And if you face problems/issues with actually doing what you set out to do (or if you feel you should do better but don’t know why your plan is not being executed), you can always contact me.
