Andre shared his journey over almost three decades of helping businesses improve their performance to his recently re-focused start-up: Start Reverse. Andre is the heart and mind behind the (disruptive) REVERSE Philosophy and approach, boosting relevance, happiness and loyalty. He is also the author of the book ‘START REVERSE’.
Andre is keynote speaker and Strategy Consultant, working with senior business leaders on Reverse Leadership, Cultural Transformation, Award-winning Customer Experience, as well as Transformational Learning.
Andre graduated from Hotelschool The Hague (BSc 1980) and Florida International University (MSc Hospitality Management 1985). Before starting his own company, he worked for Holiday Inn/Crowne Plaza, Marriott and Hilton Hotels international in various leadership positions (incl. 4 opening teams).
But the last 33 years Andre has built his own company, working in 4 continents.
