Andre shared his journey over almost three decades of helping businesses improve their performance to his recently re-focused start-up: Start Reverse.  His team helps the top companies in the world avoid becoming a commodity and “give soul to their brands.”  We have a fun discussion about how some leaders simply don’t understand the value of a truly meaningful customer experience, starting with a ditto employee experience.  He shares some insights into the process he uses with his clients and gives some practical advice that you can benefit from today.

Andre Wiringa, MSc – Founder and Chief Reverse Engineer – START REVERSE

Andre is the heart and mind behind the (disruptive) REVERSE Philosophy and approach, boosting relevance, happiness and loyalty. He is also the author of the book ‘START REVERSE’.

Andre is keynote speaker and Strategy Consultant, working with senior business leaders on Reverse Leadership, Cultural Transformation, Award-winning Customer Experience, as well as Transformational Learning.

Andre graduated from Hotelschool The Hague (BSc 1980) and Florida International University (MSc Hospitality Management 1985). Before starting his own company, he worked for Holiday Inn/Crowne Plaza, Marriott and Hilton Hotels international in various leadership positions (incl. 4 opening teams).

But the last 33 years Andre has built his own company, working in 4 continents.
