Innovation Sprints

The Innovation Sprints are designed for cross-functional teams that have a need to quickly assess the impact of an innovation theme and activate their organization to start making improvements. The program is perfect for teams that are seeking to kick-start a new innovation theme in their organization. The sprints are based on the Simple Business Design framework and have specific content related to the type of innovation, such as sustainability, digital, and agility.

Your Outcomes

The cross-functional team participating in the sprints will achieve the following outcomes…

Clarity about the baseline position of the organization and unlock creativity from within the team on how to accelerate.
Confidence about how to start in an achievable way and maintain momentum through structured accountability.
Control through the identification of risks and the next best actions to accelerate strategic innovation.

The Journey

The Alignment Workshops are comprised of 5 half-day sessions across 3-4 weeks. Working with the sponsor, we begin with a structured start with a clear agreement on goals to be achieved and your current confidence levels on different dimensions of your business.

Each of the workshops typically involves a holistic approach based on all areas of the Simple Business Design framework and is enhanced with information and speakers based on the specific theme of your sprint goal.

Your Investment

The participants of the Innovation Sprints will need to invest time in some pre-work, the five half-day sprint sessions and having discussions with other people between the sessions. Each of the workshop sessions is 4-5 hours and there will be homework such as validating topics with others and reflecting on concepts between the sessions.

The Alignment Workshop program costs EUR 20,000 (excl. VAT) for two coaches to facilitate up to twelve participants. Additional coaching is EUR 350 (excl. VAT) per hour per coach.

Your Coaches

The coaches for the Innovation Sprints include Chris Parker, the founder of Ebullient Business Designers, as well as a rich diversity of expert coaches and consultants from our community. The Sustainability Sprint is facilitated by experts from Qhuba.
