Alignment Workshops

The Ebullient Alignment Workshops are designed for management teams that have an urgent need to deeply understand and connect with each other in a compressed period of time. The program is perfect for teams that have been restructured or are going through a significant transformation. The workshops are based on the Simple Business Design framework and additional topics can be added to the scope.

Clarity about how to focus on customer value and how the different departments and functions contribute.
Confidence about the mission and direction of the business with a clear and compelling story to inspire the organization.
Control through the identification of risks and the next best actions to accelerate the execution of the strategy.

The Journey

The Alignment Workshops are comprised of 5 half-day sessions across 3-4 weeks. Working with the sponsor, we begin with a structured start with a clear agreement on goals to be achieved and your current confidence levels on different dimensions of your business.

Each of the workshops is inspired by different business areas of the Simple Business Design framework. However, we provide ourselves full freedom to work on other specific topics.

The Investment

The participants of the Alignment Workshops will need to invest time in some pre-work, the five half-days and having discussions with other people between the workshops. Each of the workshop sessions is 3-4 hours and there will be homework such as validating topics with others and reflecting on concepts between the sessions.

The Alignment Workshop program costs EUR 8,500 (excl. VAT) for one coach to facilitate up to five participants and 15,000 (excl. VAT) for two coaches to facilitate up to 10 participants. Additional coaching is EUR 350 (excl. VAT) per hour per coach.

Your Coaches

Chris Parker, the founder of Ebullient Business Designers and creator of the Simple Business Design framework is the coach for this program.
