five steps to simplicity

Teams can complete the canvas either collectively and discuss each answer together or as individuals and then consolidate after everyone has completed their own version.

Teams can complete the canvas either collectively and discuss each answer together or as individuals and then consolidate after everyone has completed their own version.

If you have the individual team members complete the canvas independently before consolidating, it is helpful to assign one person to collect all the canvases and send them to the team at the same time.

Based on this, you will know where people agree and disagree.  Discuss each area with the whole team to confirm where you agree and engage where people disagree.  Keep working until you have one canvas which everyone can actively support.  This process literally gets the team on the same page.

Some teams have improved results when they assign a different person on the team to represent and champion the different domains of the canvas.  If you need facilitation support with your team, click on the button to discover the Team Accelerator experience for companies.
